摘要
鉴于目前道路交通噪声评价中存在的问题,提出了一种结合级别特征值法的道路交通噪声综合评价模糊识别模型.运用该模型对吉林省的实证研究表明:吉林省道路交通噪声污染在时间维上呈明显的下降趋势,综合污染级别特征值由1991年的3.83下降到2006年的2.03,但部分地区下降不明显甚至有所上升;在空间维上各地噪声污染的区域差异较大,其中地区间差异是区域间总体差异的主体,而在地区内部差异中,噪声污染严重地区是造成地区内部差异的主体.
Fuzzy recognition model that combined with the rank eigenvalue was proposed to evaluate the road traffic noise, which can remedy some defects of common evaluation. As a case study, this model evaluated the road traffic noise of Jilin Province. The main results could be summarized as follows. (1) Road traffic noise pollution of Jilin Province has decreased evidently in the past 16 years. The rank eigenvalue has declined from 3. 83 to 2.03. While in some cities, the pollution becomes more serious. (2) Spatial difference of road traffic noise in Jilin Province is significant and the difference among different regions is the main cause of the whole (Average contribution is 67. 4%). While with the average contribution of 78.0%, the serious pollution areas are the main cause of differenee inside region.
