摘要
目的对黑升麻治疗围绝经期综合征的临床试验进行综述。方法利用国外权威数据库,查找相关的黑升麻临床试验的文献,并对其进行分析。结果研究表明黑升麻能较好地缓解围绝经期的症状。结论黑升麻是治疗围绝经期综合征的具有潜力的药物。
Objective Black cohosh（ Cimicifuga racemosa） is a native herb to North America. The root and rhizome of the herb are widely used in the treatment of menopausal symptoms. And many clinical trials had studied the effective of black cohosh in treating hot flashes in menopausal women. While the review of the clinical trials of black cohosh hasn＇t been reported in China, in this paper, the efficacy of black cohosh in clinical trials for relief menopausal symptoms was eviewed. Methods The literatures about clinical trials of black cohosh for the treatment of menopausal symptoms were collected using the foreign authoritative databases. Results Black cohosh shows the safety and efficacy for relief of menopausal symptoms. Conclusion The black cohosh will be a potential botanical drug for the treatment of menopausal symptoms.
