摘要
通过高落差泵送混凝土施工控制技术在景阳河大桥中的应用实践,介绍了远距离向下泵送混凝土施工的方案设计控制、泵送管线布置控制、搅拌及泵送过程控制以及过程中的故障处理控制等问题,顺利实现了对实际工程的应用控制,取得了良好的经济效益和质量效果。
This paper proposed the application research on the construction control technique of the concrete downward pumped with high fall in lingyang River Bridge. Through the organization design control of the concrete downward pumping with high fall, the layout control of the concrete pumping pipeline, the process control of the concrete mix round and pumping, and the failure control of the pump process, the concrete downward pumped with high fall was carried out successfully, which obtain the good economy and good quality.
