摘要
我国在"十一五"规划纲要中提出"十一五"末万元GDP能耗下降20%左右的目标,江苏正在积极落实这一目标。本文通过对江苏能源生产与消费状况,以及能源利用效率和节能潜力的分析,提出了加强江苏节能工作的具体建议。
Chinese government puts forward the goal of ＂reducing energy consumption per GDP by 20%＂ by the year of 2010. Jiangsu province is mobilized actively to realize the target. Through the analyses of status of energy production and consumption, energy utilization efficiency and energy saving potential in Jiangsu, the article brings forward the suggestions to strengthen the energy conservation in Jiangsu.
