高中体艺生生活满意度及其与社会支持的关系

摘要 目的探讨高中体艺生生活满意度状况及其与社会支持之间的关系。方法采用随机抽样的方法,对256名高中体艺生进行量表生活满意度量表(LSS)和社会支持量表(SSRS)测评。结果高中体艺生的总体生活满意度在中等水平以上;男生在学业满意度、自由满意度和学校满意度三个领域的满意度显著高于女生;高一、高二学生在学校满意度上显著高于高三;不同社会支持水平上高中体艺生的生活满意度存在显著差异,高中体艺生生活满意度总分与社会支持各因子都存在显著的正相关;多元回归分析表明,社会支持中的主观支持和支持利用度2个因子进入了回归方程,对生活满意度具有显著的预测作用,对生活满意度总分的总解释量为28.8%。结论高中体艺生的总体生活满意度在中等水平以上,高中生社会支持状况对其生活满意度有着重要的影响。 Objective To investigate the present status of life satisfaction and the relationship with social support among senior high school P. E. and art students. Methods 256 senior high school P. E. and art students were measured with Life Satisfaction Scale (LSS) and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS). Results The score of life satisfaction of senior high school P. E. and art students was higher than the average score. The achievement satisfaction, freedom satisfaction and school satisfaction of boys were higher than those for girls. The senior high school P. E. and art students in grade one and two had higher school satisfaction than the students of grade three. P.E. and art students with different social support level showed significantly difference in the life satisfaction. The life satisfaction had significant positive correlation with every factor of social support. The multiple regression analysis indicated that subjective support and the utilization of social support were predictors of the life satisfaction. 28.8% of the total variance of life satisfaction could be explained by these two factors. Conclusion ;the score of life satisfaction of senior high school P. E. and art students was higher than the average score. To a certain extent, the social support of the senior high school P. E. and art students is useful to enhance and maintain their life satisfaction.
