摘要
圆二色光谱对研究蛋白质二级结构、构象变化以及其他手性化合物结构是很重要的。该文从圆二色光谱的概念、原理和特点出发,介绍了圆二色光谱技术在蛋白质和药物分子结构分析上的应用和实验方法。
Circular diehroism spectroscopy is very important for studying protein secondary structure, conformation change, as well as structures of chiral molecules. The concept and principle of circular diehroism are introduced at first, then the applications and research methods for analysis of protein conformation, electrochemical process and pharmaceutical analysis with Circular Diclaroism are explained.
