摘要
近来,越南经济形势急转直下,濒临危机的边缘,这引起了人们对中国经济影响的担忧。但从整个经济规模来看,越南还算不上一个很大的经济体,所以经济动荡的辐射作用有限;金融危机的爆发很多都是因为外汇储备不足造成的,而中国现在外汇规模已经超过"G7"的总和。然而,从当前外汇占款所引起的中国流动性过剩以及越南这次陷入货币危机的困境中,值得我们深刻反思的地方确实不少。
Recently, the economic conditions in Vietnam have turned to be worse and worse, going nearest to the crisis. This has aroused worry about its influence on Chinese economy. But seen from the whole economic scale, Vietnam cannot be called a big economy, therefore, the radiation function of economic turbulence is limited; the reasons for outbreak of financial crisis are shortage of foreign exchange reserve, while the scale of foreign exchange reserve in China has been more than the total of ＂GT＂. However, there are quite a lot of problems for us to introspect when considering over excessive liquidity in China resulted from foreign outstanding at present and Vietnam＇ s dilemma of monetary crisis.
