摘要
目的了解HBV的传播与感染途径,为预防乙型肝炎提供依据。方法采集血液、唾液、精液和阴道分泌物为标本,用聚合酶链反应方法检测HBV-DNA。结果4种标本均可检测到HBV-DNA阳性结果。结论血液、唾液、精液和阴道分泌物中存在HBV,HBV可以通过这些体液传播;直接接触含有HBV的体液,可以感染HBV。
Objective To understand the way ofthe spread and infection on hepatitis B virus （HBV） for the prevention of hepatitis B. Methods Blood , saliva, seminal fluid and excretion of vagina were gathered from the study objects to as specimens Polymerase chain reaction detected HBV - DNA in the specimens Results All the specimens wre detected positive results of HBV - DNA. Conclusion There are HBV in the humor including blood, saliva, seminal fluid and excretion of vagina, so HBV can be spread by the humor and someone can be infected by touching the humor.
