摘要
[目的]通过研究苯甲酸钠对芍药切花花茎、花枝鲜重、瓶插寿命的影响,找出延长芍药切花瓶插寿命的合适浓度,为芍药切花保鲜上的应用提供一定参考。[方法]把选取好的鲜切花分别放于含0、250、500、750 mg/L苯甲酸钠的保鲜剂中,观察切花的花茎、鲜重和瓶插寿命。[结果]试验表明,含适宜浓度的苯甲酸钠的保鲜剂明显延长切花寿命,维持切花鲜重,增强水分平衡。其中,以含500 mg/L苯甲酸钠的保鲜剂保鲜效果最好。
[ Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of sodium benzoate on flower diameter and the fresh weight of flower branch in Paeonia lactiflora, seek the suitable concentration of sodium benzoate for prolonging the vase life of P. lactiflora cut flowers and provide reference for the preservation application of P. lactiflora cut flowers. [Method] The fresh selected cut flowers were put in the antistaling agent with 0, 250, 500 and 750 mg/L sodium benzoate to observe the flower diameter , fresh weight and vase life of cut flowers . [ Result ] The results indicated that the antistaling agent with the suitable concentration of sodium benzoate could obviously prolong the vase life of cut flowers, maintain the fresh weight of cut flowers and strength water balance. The preservative effect of 500 mg/L sodium benzoate was the best.
