将20头荷斯坦产奶奶牛随机分为对照组和试验Ⅰ~Ⅲ组,对照组饲喂全混日粮(TMR),试验Ⅰ组每头奶牛每天饲喂TMR加150.0g复合脂肪酸,试验Ⅱ组每头奶牛每天饲喂TMR加150.0g乳酸,试验Ⅲ组每头奶牛每天饲喂TMR加150.0g复合脂肪酸/乳酸(质量比为1∶1),分析探讨了复合脂肪酸和乳酸对奶牛粪尿、氮、总磷排泄量和CH4释放量的影响。结果表明,相比对照组,试验Ⅲ组1头奶牛1年CH4释放量减少30.64kg,粪尿、氮、总磷排泄量分别减少1.43t、28.32kg和2.36kg,标准乳(FCM)提高3.28%。在奶牛饲料中添加乳酸和复合脂肪酸的混合酸,能有效抑制奶牛对土壤、水体及空气的污染,显著提高奶牛的生态效益和经济效益。
Twenty Holsteins were divided into four groups (Control and Treatment Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ ) at random; they were fed on TMR (Control) and TMR plus 150.0 g/(h·d) compound fatty acid, lactic acid, compound fatty acid and lactic acid (1 : 1) (Treatment Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ ), respectively. The study was performed to determine the effects of supplementing compound fatty acid and lactic acid in the feed on CH4 production, feces and urine, nitrogen and total phosphorus excretion of Holsteins. Relative to those of the Control group, the Holsteins fed on supplemental compound fatty acid and lactic acid (Treatment Ⅲ group) produced less CH4, feces and urine, nitrogen and total phosphorus excretion with average reductions of 30.64 kg, 1.43 t, 28.32 kg and 2.36 kg per head per year, respectively; furthermore, FCM of the milk were higher by 3.28%. The supplemental feed of compound fatty acid and lactic acid is attractive for reducing soil, water and air pollution from Holsteins and thus will significantly improve their ecological and economic benefits.
