摘要
电力客户信用风险将会给供电企业带来经营风险。运用可拓学的理论与方法,结合熵理论,构建了电力客户信用风险评价的经典物元和节域物元,应用建立的基于熵权的可拓信用综合评价模型可以避免低层次多因素权重的客观性,获得客观合理的评价结果。与其他评价方法的对比,该方法能较真实地反映电力客户的信用等级,且更易于操作和使用。
Power customer credit risk will cause the business risk to power supply enterprise. The classical and limited matter-elements of power customer credit risk is established in this paper with the theory and methods of extenics and entropy theory. Based on entropy theory, the subjectivity which lies in ascertaining factors' weights in lower hierarchy is avoided, and objective and reasonable assessment results are obtained. Compared with other assessment methods, this method can reflect more objectively and truly the credit degree of power customer and this method is easy to use.
