摘要
目的观察降酶汤联合甘利欣及泰特治疗肝动脉栓塞化疗后出现肝损伤的疗效。方法对照组采用甘利欣注射液及泰特静脉滴注。治疗组在上药基础上加用降酶汤口服,治疗7 d后评定疗效。结果治疗组与对照组ALT、AST、TBIL水平均见显著性差异。结论降酶汤联合甘利欣及泰特治疗肝动脉栓塞化疗后出现肝损伤的病例,疗效满意。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Jiangmei Decoction used in combination with diammonium glycyrrhizinate and Tad in the treatment of liver damage caused by chemotherapy for liver cancer. METHOD The patients in the control group were treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate and Tad; those in the treatment group were treated with Jiangmei Decoction. RESULT After seven clays, great differences were found between the treatment group and the control group in ALT, AST and TBIL content. CONCLUSION Jiangmei Decoction used in combination with diammonium glycyrrhizinate and Tad has satisfactory results in the treatment of liver damage caused by chemotherapy for liver cancer.
