摘要
从乘客角度出发,在分析公交出行影响因素及出行决策过程基础上,基于对公交有效性、出行时间和费用、舒适便利性、安全及风险舒适便利性等方面的研究,分别提出了公交站点、公交线路和公交系统的评价指标,建立了人性化服务质量评价体系,最后利用AHP法对该体系进行了综合评价。基于乘客观点的公交服务质量评价方法对于改善公交的服务质量、选择公交线网资源优化方案具有重要意义。
From passenger' s perspective, based on the factors that affect passenger transit trip and transit trip decision-making process as well as the studies on transit availability, travel time and cost, comfort and convenience, safety and security aspects, measure index for transit stop, transit line and transit system are proposed and the humanized quality of service measure system is established. Finally, the system is evaluated comprehensively in virtue of AHP method. The transit quality of service measure method based on passenger' s perspective is very meaningful for improving transit quality of service and choosing transit network resource optimization.
