摘要
采用多孔的乙酸纤维膜为支撑体,制备EGCG分子印迹复合膜并将该膜用于分离富集茶多酚中的EGCG.EGCG高效液相色谱检测结果表明,该方法分离获得的EGCG纯度达到93%.
An EGCG molecularly imprinted composite membrane was prepared using porous cellulose acetate membrane as support, and the membrane was employed to separate and purify EGO3 in grean tea polyphenols. The detecting results of EGCG obtained by HPLC indicated that the high purification EGCG (mass fraction 93 % ) could be obtained by the method.
