摘要
目的探讨对乳腺癌中心静脉置管患者实施护理风险管理的效果。方法对乳腺癌中心静脉置管患者实施护理风险管理,并对比实施风险管理前后患者的临床资料。结果实施风险管理后,护理缺陷和投诉下降、患者满意度提高、置管期间护理风险发生率降低(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌中心静脉置管患者实施风险管理可提高护理人员对置管风险的认识,减少护理缺陷和投诉,降低护理风险,提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the effects of nursing risk management for breast cancer patients with peripheral inserted central venous catheter （ PICC）. Method The risk management was applied for breast cancer patients with PICC. The clinical data of patients were analyzed and compared before and after the practice of nursing risk management. Results After the practice of nursing risk management,the incidence rates of nursing defects and patient complaints were reduced, patient＇s satisfaction was increased and the nursing risks during PICC were decreased significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Implementing nursing risk management for breast cancer patients with PICC can enhance nurses＇ awareness of nursing risks,reduce nursing defects and patient complaints,deerease nursing risks and increase patient＇s satisfaction.
