摘要
知识经济时代,继续教育将成为影响高新技术开发区内企业核心竞争力的重要因素之一。依托高校开展继续教育可通过媒介式服务机制,智力资源输送、学习型组织的建立、创新文化氛围的营造等途径,以及通过开放式办学、组织培训项目、建立战略合作关系和教育培训基地(中心)等方式使大学的办学触角延伸至社会,推动高新技术开发区的发展,实现高新技术开发区与高校继续教育双赢的良性发展。
In the knowledge economy era, continuing education has become one of the important factors influencing the core competitive power of enterprises in the high and new technology zone. University continuing education can make university school running extend to the society, push forward the development of high and new technology zone and realize the win-win benign development of high and new technology zone and university continuing education through the approaches of media service mechanism, conveying of intellectual resources, establishment of learning organizations and the creation of innovative cultural atmosphere, as well as the ways of opening school running, organizing training projects, establishing strategic cooperation relationship and educational training base or center.
