摘要
采用MRF24J40构成的IEEE802.15.4无线收发器电路,为IEEE802.5.15.4MAC和PHY物理层提供硬件层,支持MiWi”、ZigBee协议和其他协议,工作在2.405~2.48GHzISM频段,接收灵敏度为-91dBm,发射输出功率为+0dBm,发射功率控制范围为38.75dB,电源电压范围为2.4~3.6V,睡眠模式电流消耗为2pA。采用4线式SPI与微控制器接口,适合家居自动化、工业自动化等低数据速率传输的应用。
The RF transceiver circuit of IEEE802. 15.4 based on MRF24J40,it provides hardware architecture for both IEEES02.15.4 MAC and PHY layers,supports MiWiTM, ZigBee and other proprietary protocols,operats in ISM band 2. 405 2.48 G Hz,the receiving sensitivity is -91dBm,+0 dBm typical output power and 38.75 dB TX power control range, supply voltage is 2.4 -3.6 V,only 2 μA current consumption in sleep mode. The 4-Wire SPI interface can be combined with a microprocessor to apply low data rate transfers to a multitude of applications that include home automation,industrial automation and more. In this paper, the application circuit by MRF24J40, the design of PCB and PCB antenna, and the initialization of MRF24J40 are introduced.
