摘要 为了提高步进电动机控制系统的分辨率、减小电动机的低频振荡,提出了细分驱动控制技术的解决方案。结合步进电动机的特性,阐述了细分驱动的原理,采用了具有128细分的专用模组GS-D200M来驱动两相步进电动机。通过对整个系统的测试,系统分辨率为50,″机械振动小、稳定性好,能够满足设计要求。 In order to improve resolution of stepping motor control system and eliminate the mechanical resonance caused by low frequency, a stepping motor control system based on micro - step technology was presented. The micro - step driving principle of the stepping motor was analyzed according to the operating characteristics of the motor. The stepping motor system provided selectable micro - stepping up to 128 based on micro - step driving module of GS - D200M. The sysem resolution was 50 arcs and the characteristics of designed control system including stable running and good reliability were indicated in the experimentation. The system was satisfied with design requirement.
