复方三氯异氰尿酸对斑节对虾幼体的毒性试验 被引量:3

摘要 用静水试验法研究了复方三氯异氰尿酸对斑节对虾幼体的急性毒性。试验设8个浓度组和1个对照组:0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0、3.5和4.0(×10-6)每组3个平行。结果表明,24hLC50、48hLC50和安全浓度(×10-6)分别是无节幼体:1.58、1.35和0.29;蚤状幼体:1.71、1.24和0.2;糠虾幼体:2.2、1.46和0.24;仔虾:3.23、2.62和0.53。幼体对试验药物的忍受力由大到小分别是仔虾、无节幼体、糠虾幼体和蚤状幼体。试验结果可为斑节对虾育苗安全用药提供参考。 Trichloroisocyanuic acid(TCCA) is a type of antibiotic medicine with high efficiency, low toxicity, and non-residue which meets the requirement of harmless medicine use in food. Acute toxicity of TCCA to the larvae of Penaeus monodon was determined in static bioassay tests. The concentrations of the chemical used in the experiment were 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2. 0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 ( × 10^-6), with three replicates for each concentration. The results showed that the 24hL C50,48hLC50 and safe concentration (SC) values ( 10-6) were 1.58, 1.37 and 0.29 for nauplius,respectively; 1.71, 1.24 and 0.2 for zoea larvae,respectively; 2.2, 1.46 and 0.24 for mysis larave,respectively; 3.23, 2. 62 and 0.53 for post-larvae,respectively. From high to low, the endurance of larvae to the chemical was post-larvae,nauplius, mysis and zoea. The result can be used as a reference for safe application of medicines in larvae rearing of P. monodon.
