羟苯磺酸钙治疗2型糖尿病肾病患者蛋白尿的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病肾病患者蛋白尿的疗效。方法:将200例2型糖尿病肾病的患者随机分为2组,羟苯磺酸钙组100例,在常规治疗的基础上加服羟苯磺酸钙;对照组100例常规治疗。观察12周,比较治疗前后肾功能及尿蛋白的变化。结果:羟苯磺酸钙组明显降低尿蛋白,降低血肌酐及肌酐清除率。结论:羟苯磺酸钙明显降低2型糖尿病患者的尿蛋白,对肾小球高滤过有很好的保护性的降低作用,从而改善肾功能。
