摘要
[目的]探讨大鼠血清糖代谢激素与生殖激素的关系及其与生殖周期活动的相关性。[方法]以妊娠中晚期和泌乳早中期的24只雌性处女SD大鼠和12只雄性SD大鼠为研究对象,用放射免疫法测定大鼠血清FSH、LH、胰岛素和胰岛素抗体的水平。[结果]FSH从妊娠中期到泌乳早期呈现先下降,再升高,后下降的趋势,泌乳中期降至最低,差异不显著;LH从妊娠中期到泌乳早期变化不大,从泌乳早期到泌乳中期有所上升,且差异显著;胰岛素和胰岛素抗体结合率从妊娠中期到妊娠晚期呈上升趋势,从妊娠晚期到泌乳早期急剧下降,泌乳早期降至最低,至泌乳中期迅速升至妊娠中晚期水平。[结论]大鼠血清胰岛素及其抗体与LH在妊娠和泌乳期的变化一致,与FSH的变化相反。
[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the relationship between metabolic hormone and reproductive hormone in rate serum and its relation to reproductive cycle.[Method] With 24 virgin female SD rats in the mid-and late pregnancy and the early and mid-lactation stage and 12 male SD rats as the research objects,the levels of FSH,LH,insulin and insulin antibody in the rate serum were determined by RIA.[Result] FSH level in serum was first decreased and then increased,and later decreased from the mid-pregnancy stage to early lactation stage and decreased to the minimum in the mid-lactation stage without significant difference.LH level in serum had little changes from the mid-pregnancy stage to early lactation stage and had some rise from the early to mid-lactation stage with significant difference.Insulin and insulin antibody binding rate in serum showed the rising trend from the mid to late pregnancy stage and was declined sharply from late pregnancy to early lactation stage.They were decreased to the minimum
in the early lactation stage and those in the mid-lactation stage rose rapidly to the level as the one in the mid-and late pregnancy stage.[Conclusion] The changes of Insulin and its antibody in rat serum were consistent to that of LH in serum and opposite to that of FSH in serum in pregnancy and lactation stage.
