摘要
叙述了海外EPC土木工程项目设计代表的工作职责、工作内容和一般流程,指出,设计代表应努力做好协调EPC承包商设计管理、施工现场交底和答疑、与国外工程技术人员交流等方面的工作。
This paper describes the work responsibility, work contents and work flow of design representative engineer in EPC oversea civil engineering project, and points out that the design representative engineer should do well his work including the assistance for design management of EPC contractors, explanation of construction site, and the communication with foreign engineers and technicians.
