摘要
影响猪肉品质的因素很多。本文主要综述了铜、铁、硒、镁、铬、砷、钙、锰、钾、钠及锌等矿物元素对猪肉品质的影响。
Many factors could effect porcine meat quality. This paper summarized the effects of many mineral element, such as copper, ferri, selenium, magnesium, chromium, arsenum, calcium, manganum, potassium, sodium, zinc, on porcine meat quality.
