摘要
基于Abaqus/Explicit显式动力学有限元算法,对双沟球截面环件冷辗扩过程进行了有限元数值模拟。通过模拟找出了冷辗工艺参数选取与控制的基本方法和规律,揭示了双沟球截面环件冷辗扩成形的机理。通过实验验证了辗扩模型的可行性。
Basing on the explicit dynamic finite element method by Abaqus/Explicit, the cold rolling process of two- groove - ball - profile - section ring is simulated with finite element method. According to simulation, the basic means and rules to design blank and select the processing parameters were obtained. The principles of the two - groove ball - profile - section ring cold ring rolling were revealed, the feasibility of rolling model is proved by experiment.
