摘要
介绍环保型润滑剂聚合醚HLX的一般性质,对聚合醚海水钻井液进行了室内评价。聚合醚与海水钻井液体系具有良好的配伍性,能够在海水钻井液中迅速扩散成膜,在泥饼表面的吸附迅速、均匀。HLX比聚合醇类润滑剂的润滑效果好,能有效降低钻具阻力、防止钻具粘卡、有利于海洋环境,且具有无荧光、无毒、易生物降解的特性。
This paper introduces average performance of lubric-poly aether HLX. It carries on an in-house evaluation of sea water drilling fluid including poly aether. The result indicates that it is a good compatibility between the poly aether and the sea water drilling fluid system. The poly aether can quickly diffuse into membrane as soon as meeting the sea water drilling fluid. Its lubrication is better than the poly alcohol. Practice indicates that lubric HLX could effectively reduce resistances of drill tool, preventing wall sticking. It is beneficial for marine environment and worthwhile to spread as a new drill fluid lubric.
