摘要
新贸易保护主义给我国的对外贸易带来贸易摩擦的日益增多和贸易环境的困难,总结和分析这一理论的根源与现实特点,将对我国对外贸易的良性发展和全面提高对外开放水平有着十分重要的意义。
With the emerging of the new trade protectionism, there are more and more conflicts and obstacles in trade between China and other countries. It is quite significant to analyze the characteristics and the impacts of new trade protectionism on China＇ s foreign trade.
