摘要
从网络环境对图书馆信息资源建设的影响入手,分析了网络环境下高校图书馆信息资源建设应遵循的原则、有效的策略和方法,并进一步探讨了通过整合信息资源建立特色数据库的重要性。
The effective strategies and methods, the principle that should be obeyed during constructing library information resource in institution of higher learning in network environment were discussed in this paper, by starting from the impact of network environment on construction of library information resource. The significance of construction a characteristic data bank through integrating information resource has also been discussed in this paper
