摘要
目的:探讨临床实验室生物安全管理及防护模式。方法:根据生物安全条例、准则、规范的要求,健全规章制度,严格培训生物安全防护知识,加强临床实验室的自我保护意识。结果:通过上述各项防范措施和方法,最大限度地控制了检验科内的医源性感染,使实验室生物安全成为质量管理体系的一部分。结论:使实验室每个工作人员不仅成为生物安全的受益者,又是合格的管理者,使实验室生物安全管理更加有效。
Obsjective To study the pattern of biosafe protection and management in clinical laboratory. Methods According to biosafe regulation, criterion and specification, the conception of serf-protection was enhanced, necessary rules and regulation was amplified, fine technique training was carried out. Results By means of the above-mentioned precaution measurement and method, nosocomial infection in clinical laboratory was controlled at utmost, and biosafe management in clinical laboratory was permeated into the system of quality management. Conclusion The department staff profit from biosafe and become qualified regulator, and it makes biosafe protection and management in clinical laboratory more efficient.
