摘要
采用不同催芽处理方式,对濒危植物丽豆进行了播种育苗对比试验,观测了1年生、2年生苗的生长量、生物量与生长节律,得出:采用70%~90%的H2SO4液及GGR液处理种子时间短,效果最佳;全年苗高和地径生长量集中在4月至7月;1年生苗木生物量较小,2年生苗木生物量急剧加大。
A compare research on sowing and seedling raising of endangered plant Calophaca sinica was carried out by differential accelerating germination treatments. The growth, biomass and growth rhythm of one-year-seedlings and two-year-seedlings were deterrained and observed, the result shows that the seeds treated with H2SO4 solution of 70%-90% and GGR solution need shorter time and show better results. The height and stem diameter of seedling mainly occur in April to July. One-year-old seedling has less biomass, but two-year-old seedling shows rapid increasing biomass.
