摘要
采用自配低温染色助剂对羊毛进行低温染色,并与常规染色及商品化低温助剂染色进行对比实验,结果表明:与传统染色相比,用自配助剂1.0 g/L在85℃下低温染色的染料吸尽率和各项色牢度指标达到了传统染色的效果,并在很大程度上减少了对织物撕破强力的损伤[弱酸性染料染色的撕破强力损伤分别降低至10.14%(经向)和10.99%(纬向),中性染料染色的撕破强力损伤分别降低至19.34%(经向)和16.02%(纬向)].该助剂对染料的适应性较广,综合性能较佳.
Low temperature dyeing of wool was carried out using a self-made agent. This agent was compared with auxiliary used in general dyeing and commercial low temperature assistant. The results showed that the dye exhaustion and color fastness of wool dyed at 85 ℃ low temperature with a self-made agent 1.0 g/L were basically the same with the performance of conventional dyeing, and markedly diminished wool fiber damage [the tearing strength of weakly acid dyed and neutral wool decreased to 10.14% (warp) and 10.99% (weft), 19.34%(warp) and 16.02% (weft), respectively]. The self-made agent was adaptable to different dyes, and its overall performance was good.
