摘要
甘蔗应用多肽(商品名:绿丰源)后,明显表现为叶色浓绿,叶片大而厚,生长势显著增强,甘蔗晚叶性好,利于甘蔗后期糖分积累。有效株数显著增加,ROC20和ROC26的有效株数比对照分别增加36.10%和23.02%。甘蔗砍收后在糖厂称重和测试发现,甘蔗单产比对照分别增加8.44%和11.12%,蔗糖单产比对照分别增加11.98%和15.11%;甘蔗含糖量和简纯度略有增加,使砍收和加工成本略有降低;甘蔗含水量减少和纤维含量的增加提高了甘蔗抗倒伏能力。绿丰源多肽能显著增强甘蔗生长势,分蘖能力增强导致有效株数显著增加,晚叶性好,甘蔗抗倒伏能力提高。这是多肽显著增加蔗茎单产和蔗糖单产的主要原因。
After the application of peptide (trade name: Green Harvest Resource), the sugarcane grew greener, bigger and thicker leaves. The better leaf condition in the late period is favorable for sugar accumulation. Stalk number increased considerably. Compared with the CK without peptide treatment, stalk number of ROC 20 and ROC 26 treated with peptide increased by 36.10% and 23.02% respectively, the sugar cane yield increased by 8.44% and 11.12%, respectively, and the sugar yield increased by 11.98% and 15.11%, respectively. The sugar content in raw sugarcane and the apparent purity increased slightly, and therefore the processing cost per unit sugar output decreased accordingly. The moisture content in sugarcane decreased and the fiber content increased, which improved the sugarcane lodge resistance. It showed that the peptide could remarkably enhance sugarcane growth vigor and tillering ability, obviously increase stalk number and stalk length, and induce better leaf condition in the late period and better lodge resistance. These were the main causes that the application of peptide could obviously increase sugarcane yield and sugar yield per unit area.
