摘要
利用解析法,推导出了给定两对角移量的曲柄摇杆机构设计的计算公式,并通过常用设计方法即作图法进行了验证。结果表明,此设计方法简单,实用性强,精确度高,操作方便。此方法为曲柄摇杆机构给定两对相应位移的设计提供了一种新的理论方法,同时为曲柄摇杆相应问题的设计提供了参考依据。
The calculation formula for design of rank-rocker mechanism with given two related angular displacements was deducted, which are at the front and back of the outer extreme location. The formula was proved to be correct by graphical method which was a common method and had a strong applicable characteristic; it was simple, accurate, and easy to operate. The method provided a new theory method for rank-rocker mechanism with given the two related angular displacements, and a new theory reference for the relevant rank-rocker mechanism design.
