摘要
为了拓展栽培杨梅的有效利用途径,采用测定菌悬液的吸光度值和抑菌圈试验,研究了杨梅叶水提取物和60%乙醇提取物的抑菌作用.结果说明:杨梅叶提取物对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sub-tilis)、金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、青霉(penicilliun citrinum)、根霉(Rkizopus nigricans)、黑曲霉(Aspergil-lus niger.)有抑制作用,其中,对金黄色葡萄球菌和黑曲霉的抑菌效果最显著.其乙醇提取物的抑菌作用较水提物明显.表明杨梅叶有作为药品和天然食品杀菌剂开发的潜力.
In order to expand the effective use of cultivation Myrica rubra, the antibacterial activity of water and 60% ethanol extract from Myrica rubra leaf was studied with testing the OD of the micro - bacterial suspension and the antibacterial ring in this paper. The results showed that the extract from Myrica rubra leaf has inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, penicilliun citrinum, Rkizopus nigricans and Aspergillus niger. The best inhibitory effect is on the Staphylococcus aureus and Rhizopus nigricans, so it has a development potential as drugs and natural food microbieides with Myrica rubra leaf.
