摘要
本文通过文献资料、调查访问、实验以及数理统计等方法,以山东农业大学瑜伽选修俱乐部学生为研究对象进行实验研究,对大学生在瑜伽训练前后的心理和生理变化进行对比分析,结果显示瑜伽训练能明显改善大学生形体特征,提高大学生的呼吸系统,循环系统的机能水平和身体柔韧性、平衡能力;对心理健康的调节具有促进作用。实验证明在高校开设瑜伽课具有可行性和实效性,既有现实意义,又有长远意义。
The authors have made an experimental study of the undergraduate students who take yoga course in Shandong Agricultural University by means of literature review, investigation, experiments and mathematical statistics, compared and analyzed the students' psychological and physiological changes before and after taking the course. It is shown that yoga exercise can remarkably improve students' body figure, enhance their functions of respiratory system and circulatory system,their body flexibility and the capacity of balance ; it may also promote and regulate their mental health. The experiment of yoga course proves that it is feasible and practical to start up yoga course in Chinese uni versities and it is of realistic and far-reaching significance.
