摘要
城市化进程中行政区划已成为城乡产业结构升级和转型的刚性约束。本文讨论了我国行政区划与产业空间变迁的关系。随着市场化进程的推进,行政区划的刚性在减弱,区域政府间推动行政区划的弹性调整,形成多中心产业空间引导区域产业结构的调整和升级。本文通过对杭州市改革开放以来产业空间变迁和行政区划调整的实证研究,说明现阶段行政区划调整的可能路径及其对产业空间变迁和产业升级的促进作用。
Administrative division has been the rigid restriction to the upgrade and change of urban - rural industrial structure, so the relation between them is studied in this article. Because of the decreased rigidity of the administrative division, regional governments adjust the administrative division to form a multiple - centered industrial space, leading to the upgrade and adjustment of the regional industrial structure. In this article, a case study is made on Hangzhou about its changing course of the industrial space and structure since the Opening and Reforming, to discuss a possible route of the adjustment of administrative division as well as its good effect on the upgrade and change of the industrial structure.
