tenascin对食管鳞癌浸润转移及血管生成的影响 被引量:1

Effect of tenascin on invasion,metastasis and angiogenesis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

摘要 目的研究固生蛋白(tenascin,TN)在食管鳞癌中的表达及其与食管鳞癌浸润转移及血管生成的关系。方法选取食管鳞癌组织91例及正常食管组织10例石蜡标本,应用免疫组化方法检测TN和CD34(用微血管密度值表示,microvessel density,MVD)的表达。结果(1)TN在食管癌组织中的表达强度显著高于正常食管组织(Z=4.874,P<0.01);(2)TN表达与肿瘤长度(P<0.01)、浸润程度(P=0.001)、淋巴转移(P=0.011)和病理分期(P<0.01)有相关性,但与分化程度(P=0.355)无相关性;(3)TN阳性表达的食管癌MVD数(18.19±8.38)明显高于阴性表达的食管癌MVD数(11.21±2.18)(t=5.83,P<0.01)。结论TN在食管鳞癌组织中表达上调与食管鳞癌浸润转移及血管生成有关。 Objective To investigate the expressions of tenascin(TN) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expressions of TN and microvessel density (MVD) were observed using immunohistochemical methods in 91 cases of esophageal carcinoma and 10 cases of non-esophageal carcinoma. Results (1)The expression of TN in esophageal cancer was much higher than that in the normal tissue(Z=4.874,P〈0.01). (2)Over expression of TN was related to the length(P〈 0.01), invasion(P=0. 001),lymphatic metastasis(P=0. 011)and pathologic grade(P〈0. 01) of cancer. (3)MVD of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma with positive expression of TN was higher than that with negative expression of TN (t= 5.83,P〈0. 01). Conclusion Tenasein may play a crucial role in the invasion, metastasis and angiogenesis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
