摘要
改革开放以来,我国加速城市化步伐,城市建设急剧扩展。以前围绕在城市周边的部分村落及其耕地逐步纳入城市总体规划的发展区内,成为城市的一部分。从我国城中村改造的现状入手,分析了我国城中村改造过程中遇到的问题,以及国内外对于城中村改造问题的研究成果。
Since the reform and open policy, our country has accelerated the urbanized step, the urban construction expands suddenly, before regarding integrates the city overall plan gradually in the urban peripheral partial villages and the cultivated land in the developing area, becomes urban a part. This article the present situation which transforms from our country Chengzhong Village obtains, has analyzed the question which exhaustively in our country Chengzhong Village transformation process meets as well as domestic and foreign regarding the Chengzhong Village transformation question research results.
