摘要
针对食品市场存在的安全隐患,概述食品感官检验与物理检验的特点,采用感官与物理检验进行食品质量优劣现场监测的一般方法以及应注意的问题。
Pointing to the safety problems on the food market, was summarized the characteristics of the food sensory testing and physical inspection and it should pay attention to the problems and the general methods using sensory and physical examination in the site monitoring on the food quality.
