PD-ECGF、Survivin在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其与细胞凋亡的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血小板衍化内皮细胞生长因子(PD-ECGF)和存活素(Survivin)在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其与细胞凋亡的关系。方法应用免疫组化技术检测42例胰腺癌患者癌组织的PD-ECGF和Survivin表达,流式细胞术检测胰腺癌凋亡指数(AI)。结果PD-ECGF的表达与胰腺癌淋巴结转移显著相关,Survivin的表达与胰腺癌组织分化程度显著相关(P均<0.05);两者与AI值均呈显著负相关,两者共同表达阳性者AI值显著低于共同表达阴性者(P均<0.01)。结论胰腺癌组织中PD-ECGF和Survivin可抑制胰腺癌细胞凋亡,促进其增殖与转移。 Objective To investigate the relationship of the expression of platelet-derived endothelial cell growth factor(PD-ECGF) and survivin to apoptosis in pancreatic cancer. Methods The expressions of PD-ECGF and Survivin in pancreatic cancer were examined by immunohistoehemical staining in 42 eases , apoptosis index( AI, percentage of apoptosis cells) in pancreatic cancer was examined by flow cytometry. Results There was a close correction between PD-ECGF expression and lymph node metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ) , the expression of Survivin was closely related to histological type ( P 〈 0.05 ). AI in the positive expression of PD-ECGF and Survivin in pancreatic cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in the nagetive expression of PD-ECGF and Survivin( P 〈 0.01 ). Combined analysis of PD-ECGF and Survivin showed that tumors with positive expression of both factor had a significantly lower AI than rumors with negative expression of both factor (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions Those findings indicated that the upregulation of PD-ECGF and Survivin might inhibit apoptosis in pancreatic cancer and influence tumor growth and metastasis.
