摘要
针对当前大学毕业生就业群体不断增加而就业率偏低的现实问题,在分析近几年尤其是2007年大学生就业形势的基础上,指出应从强化政府服务职能,畅通就业渠道,破除制约大学生就业的政策障碍;高校要面向社会需求,根据学生成才需要,大力加强就业指导工作;大学生要树立先就业、后择业、再创业的全新就业观,积极拓宽就业空间等三个方面探求破解对策。
According to the present problem that there are more and more graduates but the em- ployment proportion is low,we have to seek the countermeasure from the following three parts on the basis of employment situation for college graduates in 2007. First,we must strengthen the government function, unimped the empioyment irrigation channel, remove the policy obstacles restricting the em- ployment situation~ Second, schools should face the society requirements, strenthen the employment guidance work according to the students requirements; Third, college graduates should establish the completely new employment view,namely seeking the first job regardless of its salary, then selecting the favorite job, and finally starting an undertaking. Furthermore, we must broaden the employment space positively.
