摘要
目的:探讨持续腹腔双套管冲洗引流治疗腹部手术并发肠外瘘患者的效果及护理方法。方法:对18例腹部手术并发肠外瘘患者采用腹腔双套管冲洗持续引流治疗,并给予精心护理。结果:本组14例未经手术获得自愈,瘘道愈合所需平均时间为27d;2例经手术获得治愈;1例死亡;1例放弃治疗。平均住院时间为29.2d。结论:持续腹腔双套管冲洗引流是一种创伤小、简单有效的治疗肠外瘘的方法,具有自愈率高、安全、不增加住院费用和住院时间的特点。高质量的管道护理对促进瘘口自愈,避免再次剖腹手术,减轻患者痛苦和经济负担起重要作用。
Objective： To explore the efficacy of continuous peritoneal irrigation- drainage with double cannula in the treatment of complicated intestinal external fistulae due to abdominal surgery and method of nursing care. Methods ： Eighteen patients with complicated intestinal external fistulae due to abdominal surgery were treated with continuous peritoneal irrigation - drainage by double cannula, combined with careful nursing care. Results： Fourteen patients got self - healing without surgery. The mean time of healing of fistulae was 27 days; 2 patients were cured by receiving operation again; one patient died and one patient gave up treatment. The average days of hospitalization were 29.2 days. Conclusion ： Continuous peritoneal irrigation - drainage is one of simple and effective methods with typical characteristics of little wound, high self - healing, safety and short hospitalization. Furthermore, high quality nursing care of cannula can promote self - healing of fistulae, avoid more abdominal operation and relieve pain and economic load of patients.
