摘要
PDCA循环法将管理流程划分为计划、执行、检查、总结处理4个阶段,义务馆员管理工作同样可以导入PDCA循环法进行管理。基于海南医学院图书馆的现状,招募义务馆员参与到图书馆工作中是缓解因人员不足给图书馆带来压力的有效方法之一。该馆运用PDCA循环法对义务馆员进行招募、培训、指导工作的实践以及管理的具体运作取得了一定的成绩,值得借鉴。
PDCA cycle divides the management process into four stages of processing： planning, implementation, examination and concluding. The management of compulsory librarians could import PDCA cycle management method. Based on the status of Hainan Medical College Library, the recruitment of compulsory librarians for the library daily work is an effective way of easing the pressure brought by understaffed. They have made certain achievements by importing the PDCA cycle to the management of compulsory librarians, including recruitment, training, guidance and management, and the achievements are worth drawing.
