摘要
介绍了安钢第一炼轧厂电炉炼钢工艺流程在冶炼低氮高强度船板钢时采取的主要技术措施,包括电炉提高铁水比、造泡沫渣、终点碳控制、RBT;LF精炼炉气氛控制、造好白渣、埋弧操作;钢包长水口及氩封保护浇注,防止连铸过程钢液吸氮。
The main technological measures of EAF steelmaking process to produce low nitrogen high strength shipbuilding steel plate were introuduced in No. 1 steelmaking and roiling plant of Anyang Iron and Steel Group. The measures included higher hot metal ratio, slag foaming, endpoint carbon control and application of RBT process in EAF, atmosphere control, formation of good white slag and suberged are operation in LF, and adoption of long ceramic nozzle and argon sealing between ladle and tundish to prevent against nitrogen pick-up in continuous casting.
