摘要
项目利益相关者的有效管理对项目的成功有重要影响。目前国内对利益相关者的管理大多集中于理论的探讨,对于利益相关者管理的实践工作没有深入讨论。以天津站综合交通枢纽工程利益相关者的管理为例,对利益相关者的识别、重要度打分与评价、利益诉求的满足与实现等整个流程进行探讨,形成完整的利益相关者管理流程。
An effective management of the project stakeholders is important to the success of this project. There are a lot of papers focusing on management theory, but few have made studies on the management of project stakeholders. This paper researches on the management of stakeholders of Tianjin transportation hub from a methodological view, discusses how to identify the stakeholders and how to evaluate the demands of the stakeholders, how to meet the stakeholders.
