摘要
某公司1.0 M t/a重油催化装置技术改造后,为适应前部生产要求,对余热锅炉进行防腐节能改造,改造后锅炉过热蒸汽温度由改造前370℃提高到420℃以上,排烟温度由330℃降低至185℃,装置能耗降低。
In order to adapt to the requirement of front production stage, after 1.0 Mt/a heavy oil catalysis construction in one company was reformed, the reform of anticorrosion and energy saving was earried out for the residue heat boiler. After the reform, the temperature of overheated steam in the boiler was increased from 370 ℃ to 420℃ and the temperature of discharged smoke was deereased from 330℃ to 185 ℃ such that the energy eonsumption has been lowed.
