摘要
[目的]通过指导接受固定矫治器治疗的患者使用含氟漱口液,以期找到一种简便有效的方法来防治牙釉质脱矿,从而应用氟化物防治固定正畸治疗中的牙釉质脱矿。[方法]从正在接受固定正畸治疗的恒牙列患者中随机选择40例上前牙可明确诊断为釉质脱矿的患者,随机分配到试验组(使用含氟漱口液)和对照组(使用非含氟漱口液),每组各20人,分别比较3个月后及6个月后牙釉质脱矿程度的变化。[结果]试验初2组患者牙齿釉质脱矿数和脱矿程度差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。3个月时试验组(使用含氟漱口液组)牙釉质脱矿程度降低了17.6%,对照组降低了6.25%,两组比较差别无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);6个月时试验组(使用含氟漱口液组)牙釉质脱矿程度降低了73.5%,对照组降低了12.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。试验组3个月时及6个月时牙釉质脱矿程度与试验初相比,6个月时有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]在固定正畸治疗中,含氟漱口液能有效防治牙釉质脱矿。
[Objective] To find a simple and effective way to prevent enamel decalcification by guiding patients treated with fixed appliance to rinse the mouth with fluoride mouth rinse. [Methods] 40 patients treated with fixed appliance were randomly selected and divided into two groups, the fluoride group rinsing mouths with fluoride mouth rinse, the control group with placebo mouth rinse. The severity of enamel decalcification in orthodontic treatment either in two groups or in the number of the patient＇s teeth of two groups were evaluated after three months and after six months. [Results] There was no siguificant difference either between two groups or the number of the patient＇s teeth of two groups before treatment （P 〉 0.05）. The decalcification of the fluoride mouth rinse group lowered 17.6% and the decalcification of the control group lowed 6.25% after 3 months; there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）, However, the decalcification of the fluoride mouth rinse group lowered 73.5% and the decalcification of the control group lowed 12.5% after 6 months; there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. The decalcification of the fluoride mouth rinse group after 6 months was lower than it after 3 months （P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusion ] Fluoride mouth rinse can effectively prevent and decrease enamel decalcification in fixed-orthodontic treatment.
