围手术期结合中药治疗高龄高危前列腺增生症临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]观察经尿道双极等离子体前列腺汽化电切术结合中药治疗高龄高危良性前列腺增生(BPH)疗效。[方法]200例患者随机分为电切结合中药治疗组和单纯电切治疗组,单纯电切组采用英国Gyrus公司提供的双极等离子切割系统(Gyrus-Plasma Kinetic System,PKS)行经尿道前列腺电切术,电切结合中药组在围手术期结合中药治疗,对术前术后尿流率(Qmax)、生活质量指数评分(QOL)、国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)、术后平均住院时间等进行观察随访比较。[结果]两组间在术后平均住院时间、随访术后1月和术后2月Qmax、QOL、I-PSS等比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而术后3月Qmax、QOLI、-PSS等比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]经尿道前列腺双极等体离子汽化电切术是一种安全有效的微创术式,结合中药治疗可促进康复,扩大近期疗效,尤其适合于高龄高危患者。
