摘要
目的:通过研究住院累计费用及医院床日收入与平均住院日的关系,探讨缩短平均住院日与提升医院效益的关系。方法:利用局部加权的光滑,就四川大学华西医院2005、2006年两年出院病人的19种病例组合进行研究。结果:研究表明19种病例组合出院病人费用随着住院天数的延长而增加,而医院的床日收入随着住院天数的延长而降低。结论:缩短平均住院日,可以提升医院的效益。
Objectives： To analyze the relationship among total hospitalization expense, average expense per bed per day andaverage length of stay. And to explore the relationship between average length of stay shortening and hospital benefit promotion.Methods： Data on the cost of inpatient for 19 case mixes entities of our hospital in 2005 and 2006 were taken as sample. Dataanalysis methods was locally weighted smooth. Results： It showed the longer of the length of stay, the more of hospitalizationexpense in 19 cases. And the longer of length of stay, the less income per day and per bed. Conclusions： Shortening the long ofstay in hospital can enhance the benefit of hospital.
