摘要
本实验研究了禽类超数排卵中使用的PMSG对鸡卵子受精及发育能力的影响。首先通过超数排卵、体外受精和体外培养的方法比较超排卵和自然排出卵子的受精和发育能力。PMSG处理鸡注射鸡垂体前叶提取物诱导超数排卵，超排卵体外受精后，在含有20％卵清蛋白的DME—F12中培养24h，观察发育情况；并研究了注射PMSG母鸡所产种蛋的受精率和孵化率。产蛋母鸡人工受精后，连续3—8注射1000IU的PMSG抑制排卵。收集种蛋孵化。通过体内和体外的途径比较超数排卵所用的PMSG对卵子受精和发育能力的影响。研究表明：PMSG对超排卵的受精和发育没有影响。
Multiple ovulations were induced by Chicken anterior pituitary extraction （ CAPE ） in pregnant mare ＇ s serum gonadotropin （PMSG） treated hens. Multiple ovulated ova and naturally ovulated ova were cultured in DME -F12 containing 20 % liquid albumen for 24h after IVF; Hens having regular laying patterns were treated with subcutaneous injection of PMSG for 3 to 8 days at daily doses of 1001U after the artificial insemination. The fertilized eggs were incubated to hatch. It was found that fertilizing and developing ability of the multiple ovulated ova and hatchability of the fertilized eggs in PMSG - pretreated hens were quite normal. These results suggested that PMSG didn＇t affect the fertilizing and developing ability of ova.
