摘要
为了使火炮供弹机在高速供弹时能够按照指定的运动规律平稳运动,某型火炮供弹机动力装置采用弹簧和液压相结合的形式,充分利用了弹簧能迅速释放能量和液压良好的缓冲性能。根据动力装置的结构特点和工作特征建立了数学模型,利用VB语言编制了计算程序,通过优化分析得出了动力装置工作时力、位移和速度分别随时间变化的关系曲线。曲线显示的计算结果与实际应用情况一致,表明了该动力装置的动力特性完全可以满足大口径火炮的供弹需求。
In order for the gun feeding system ple, power system of a gun was provide with ges of rapidly released spring energy and good to move stably according to the required movement princisprings system combined with hydraulics. Taking advantabuffering capability of the hydraulics. The math model was established according to construction and performance characteristics of the power device. Computation program was programmed by means of VB language. Force-time, displacement-time and velocity-time curve of the power device were obtained by means of optimization analysis. Calculation results were accordance with practical situation. The power device could completely meet the requirements for the feed system of the large caliber gun.
